• Problem #1  We identified a need for a professional group to help facilitate economic growth utilising property as the vehicle, especially in the Afro Caribbean community. The Community needs to utilise talent in property more effectively.
• Problem #2 There are property professionals working in silos, who could be more effective when collaborating.  
• Problem #3 There is a need for more opportunities enabling everyday people to invest in property.
