Cognition is a consultancy that uses all of its expertise, knowledge, and experience to push at the forefront of architecture, design & innovation.
Cognition was established by David Adjei during his Masters in Architecture at the University of East London. He started the company to explore architecture commercially and provide opportunities that went beyond his studies. He established contracts with some of London’s biggest global architecture firms. This allowed Cognition to work on landmark projects such as Skidmore Owings & Merrill’s Baltimore Wharf Tower and Tottenham Football Stadium by Populous.
In 2017 Cognition Architecture relaunched as Cognition with a focus on developing its own identity and place within the UK architecture industry. This new focus is bookmarked by a number of developments across the UK.
