No-nonsense, just results!No-nonsense, just results has been my life motto along with high expectations, no excuses. These sayings explain how I live life, work towards goals, handle challenges, coach, consult, facilitate training and give speeches. These mantras have not only helped me improve my life and the lives of my clients’ but transform them, radically. How is this possible?
From humble beginnings come great things!I grew up poor on what was one of the most notorious council estates in South London. I experienced emotional trauma early in life with the passing of my dearly beloved mother, to cancer, at the tender age of 12; thus, statistically, I should have been on drugs, pregnant or in prison by the time I was 16. However, I never used my circumstances as an excuse not to succeed, and instead of breaking me, my circumstances made me. I was the first person in my family to attend university. I went on to be one of the youngest people to complete the Graduate Teaching Programme, and I quickly progressed in my career becoming Head of Department at 26, while completing a Masters full time in Education Leadership and Management. I purchased my house at 28, secured my first headship at 31 and started my business and 32.I am a frequent traveller, visited all the countries on my wishlist and lived abroad. I have completed all the activities and purchased all the luxuries I desired on my bucket list. But, most importantly, I am happy and doing what I love. Now, don’t get me wrong, it hasn’t been easy, and there have been many dips along the way but as always, I used my high expectations, no excuses motto to set ambitious life goals and my no-nonsense, just results mantra to achieve them.
What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger! I’m not telling you all this to brag or boast. Instead, I want you to know that I am a living testimony that what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. So, if I can succeed, given my challenging start to life, then so can you. I am a firm believer that anyone can be and achieve whatever they want, and over the past ten years, I’ve worked with numerous men and women helping them do just that. Seeing, first-hand, the impact coaching and training has had on people’s lives I’m on a mission to provide transformative personal development services to as many people as possible.

It’s okay if you don’t yet fully believe in yourself and your life purpose when you come to me. I will believe for the both of us until you do. My job is to be your biggest cheerleader and hype (wo)man; to make you not only feel great about yourself but feel undefeatable so you can fulfill your full potential and I’m good at it.

I’ve always been a maverick and tend to attract similar people. Powerful people with big personalities who are very ambitious and highly driven.
