We manage whatever your business needs in part or as a whole, conducting the scheduling of repairs and maintenance for empty, occupied and new build homes. Registered Social Landlords/Other Housing Providers We have previously worked with AE Williams and Connaught in partnership with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and our efforts helped the Royal Borough to achieve their three Star award. We have also recently worked with Hillside Housing Trust, now part of the Hyde Group, as a Sub Contractor managing their Voids and day to day responsive repairs. We also carry out work on behalf of Robson Walsh Surveyors. We work with private Landlords and individuals carrying out repairs and extensive refurbishment or complete renovation of their property.
