    The Recovery Plan is a our most chosen package which is specific for those that are suffering from all muscle and joint aliments such as arthritis, lower back pain, neck and shoulder pain to name a few. With most of these symptoms, it is beneficial for the consistency to be put back into your treatment to deliver a faster recovery time.

This also applies to those that have undergone major surgery which has not fully recovered to reach into a clinic. By booking Therapy at Home package, entitles you to a full assessment and treatment with all equipment’s been provided by R3 physiotherapist.
